Well aside from the obvious doom stack(which you will eventually get bored of) it depends on how deep you want to look at chaos as a faction, I don't think you can go really wrong with just worship chain + Dragon Ogres that's my advice, but if we were to try and understand their buildings and recruitment and how they shape army compositions abit better I would say.
